As the SEO specialist for the RentIn Group I am responsible for the smooth operation of Search Engine Marketing and natural rankings within the search engines !  Under normal circumstances the development of the Apartment Rentals / Villa Rentals sites for locations across Spain is generally business as usual, yet the original Nerja site needs a slight name change to fit in with the other websites representing areas such as Mijas, Marbella and Javea.

Now this is a worrying time!  The transfer of content etc is not the problem, its keeping the visitor traffic from the search engines coming to the site which presents the problem when changing domain names.  Why? . . . because all of the links already listed by Google are all pointing to the old domain name, which provides the “authority” count for Google as part of its valuation on how important the site is compared to every other site on the same subject.  So the question for me is how do I go about transferring all of this good ‘authority’ indexed by Google – over to the new domain and avoid loosing our position within Googles Search Results.

Clearly there’s a lot of links within Blogs, reviews and forums where folk have referenced the Nerja Villa Rentals web site and there’s very little chance of getting those links changed, so we run the risk of losing the “link juice” from most of them.  Thankfully we are holding onto the original domain and and there’s what is called a permanent redirect (code 301) that we can set on the original domains server which informs the search engines, when they follow the original links to the original site, that there is a new location for the content of the page and this new location for the Nerja Villa Rentals will be updated over time within the search engines and the transfer of most of the “authority” value of a site should move over to the new domain.

Google’s Matt Cutts mentioned in his blog that its a good idea to leave up the 301 redirections on the old domain for at least 18months…   clearly because there’s not guarantee that Google will cover the whole of the inbound links/web pages of a sight within a shorter period of time.  Of course, this means continuing to pay the domain and hosting fees of the old domain along with the new domain.  However, under the circumstances and the importance of maintaining a decent position within Google for Nerja Accommodation Rental then we have no other option.

When I started commuting almost an hour and a half to work, I got really, really bored. That’s a long drive, and frankly the news plays the same 5 minute sound bytes over and over again. I was losing my mind.

That’s when I discovered old time radio. I happened to be searching online and came across it. I don’t remember exactly what led me to it, but I’m so glad I found it.

My discovery led to some great old shows like The Shadow, Abbot and Costello, Lights Out, Campbell’s Theater. Very cool stuff. My drive to and from work for the day suddenly became a highlight instead of a chore.

However, the more I listened to the old time radio shows, the more I got interested in whether or not there were any new shows that were created in the same “spirit” as the old ones.

Sure enough, there were! Great shows like Red Panda Adventures and Black Jack Justice from Decoder Ring Theater products. Very cool stuff.

Now, any time I’m bored sitting in a waiting room or taking a long drive, or just whatever, I let radio drama keep me entertained and enthralled instead of twiddling my thumbs.

To my great surprise, I often find myself wishing that my waits or drives were longer! Now how’s that for proof of how great these cool shows are?

Careful planning and periods of low intensity may keep an athlete from burning out while training for competition.

Athlete Burnout

Excessive training and a schedule that is simply too full can lead to burnout, to put it in simple terms, An athlete who is engaged in training for a major meet or has a daily schedule of cycling training while preparing for competition must, of course, be very focused. In fact, it is essential that this athlete have training goals at the top of his or her priority list.

However, the athlete that has not other interests or who does not allow time for relaxation is flirting with danger. The spectre of mental or physical breakdown is always there when the schedule pushes beyond reasonable limits.

If this period of overtraining continues the chances increase for the athlete to begin to lose his or her motivation for training. Even if the training methods are innovative and enjoyable at first, the repetition can make training seem stale and, in the athletes mind, unnecessary. Several experts and experienced professionals have considered this phenomena in books and videos that deal with training for competition.

Results Suffer

When boredom or dread becomes part of the mindset during an intense training period, the results will not be what they could be. Athletes even get the feeling of being let down, when they begin to blame other people or factors for their training failures or their poor race results. This is an area that needs to be watched very closely, according to the top running and cycling training professionals.

Those with experience in the field watch for such symptoms as continued fatigue, unusual levels of pain in the muscles, inability to sleep as competition approaches and mood changes. Any of these could be an indication of too much training that is leading to burnout. Talking with an athlete during the later stages of training for a major competition may uncover a general feeling of concern that seems to have no basis in injury or training results.

What Can The Athlete Do?

Any program of exercise or training should start slowly and increase in moderate steps. Training schedules should be upgraded gradually so that the athlete does not get burned out. A good base cycling training program will include only necessary repetition. While repeating actions is essential for athletic success, there is usually a point at which results actually suffer, rather than improve, because of repetition. Alternating short periods of intense work with times of low physical and mental stress may even bring back some of the enthusiasm for training in an athlete that is approaching the trouble zone.

Gazebos can come in all different sizes shapes and colors. The most popular kinds of gazebos are either round or 8-sided. Construct your gazebo plans from the comfort of your own home. The can be very important if the gazebo will be out in the elements. You don’t want your gazebo rotting or decaying. The rougher elements sometimes cause gazebos to break down after years of wear and tear.

Once the gazebo is constructed you may be able to view the gazebo plans as well. Find square gazebo plans and other shaped gazebo plans around town. Have you ever tried to find a lost friend on the Internet? I have it is not as easy as you might think. I had a good friend in junior high and I have fond memories of hanging out having fun with him. We would hang out listen to music talk just have a great time.

The other day I was thinking about my long-lost friend and I decided to try to find them on the Internet. It seems everyone nowadays uses the Internet so I figured it shouldn’t be difficult to locate him. I pulled up Google typed his name and get pages on pages of results. I checked out page after page but didn’t find any mention of my friend just a lot of people with similar names.

I decided try to narrow my search a bit by including the town and state where we grew up. Unfortunately they were still too many pages to look through for it to be practical to find my lost friend. I decided Google just gave to many results so I would try using a less popular search engine like MSN.

I typed in my friends name and the city and state where we grew up and sure enough I did get a lot fewer results. Instead of hundreds of pages there are only eight. I started looking through those pages of results and I found a couple which I thought would surely lead me to find my lost friend. However, after an hour of searching I still came up empty.

Then I decided to try Yahoo. Since Yahoo search has been around longer than Google or MSN I thought I might have better luck there. Again I entered my friends name the city and state and this time I got about 30 pages of results. I started the arduous task of looking through each and every page and clicking on link after link. Now I was getting frustrated I spent all this time and still cannot find my lost friend.

I pretty much gave up on finding my friend until a couple months later when I discovered reunion.com. I decided to give the site a try and I was amazed at how quickly I was able to turn up results for my lost friend. The service was not free but considering the amount of time I have wasted trying to search in the regular search engines it was definitely worth the small price.

I was able to find a phone number for my friend and I gave them a call. He was very happy to hear from me. In fact, he had been searching for me also. We have a long phone conversation and it turns out that he lived close enough that we could meet for lunch. Although it was more difficult to locate my lost friend than I had imagined it was great to find him and I’m glad I put in the effort.

The long-hair styles of the nineteenth century began to give way to shorter hairstyles like “the bob” during the early 1920′s, a trend which continued to grow in popularity. The original straight, plain, and relatively simple short bobbed hair styles of the early 1920′s were transformed into much more interesting and feminine bobs (with stylish curls and waves) in the middle to late twenties. The stylish bobbed hairstyles of the late nineteen twenties continued their popularity well into the 1930′s. The beautiful short hairstyles of this trend setting era have enjoyed a revival in modern times as hair stylists look back to this period for inspiration.

The most popular hairstyles of the nineteen twenties included the bob, marcel wave, finger wave, and shingle, all of which came with numerous variations. Other hairstyles like the Eton Crop were only temporary phenomenons. Barbers and hairdressers were in competition with each other for the cream of this booming hairdressing business, as women of all ages sacrificed their long tresses on the altar of fashion.

As early adopters of the new shorter hair styles, 1920′s movie stars and other celebrities played a big part in popularizing the new hair fashions through appearances in movies and stage shows, the new hairstyles they sported being eagerly copied by their adoring fans. The high cost of permanent waves when they first became commonly available did not put off women seeking a more permanent hair styling treatment.

In the 1920′s short hair for women was “in” and rapidly took over from the previously fashionable long hair styles. Bobbed hairstyles were considered extremely radical and unattractive by many to begin with but young women and middle aged women embraced the style in increasing numbers. The initial plain bobs were eventually replaced by more stylish and sophisticated bobs that featured waves and curls to add style and interest. Early critics predicted that bobs would be a short-lived fad that would last a couple of years at most and were surprised to find that they continued to grow in popularity well into the 1930′s. In actual fact, the mass migration to bobbed hairstyles turned out to be part of a major revolution in womens hairstyling.

With the car in park and emergency brake on, set up your tire blocks behind the rear tires. If you have an active air suspension system, turn it off from the switch in the trunk. From under the hood, loosen the nut on the shock rod with your 9/16 hand wrench or deep well socket. Hopefully it turns easily and isn’t frozen, which would not be unusual. If this is the case, you will need the “Optional” items mentioned. Try some Rust Buster spray and work with vice grips to hold the shock rod still if it turns with the nut. The worse case scenario should be having to use a nut splitter to split open the nut for removal. Loosen the lug nuts on the tire; jack the car up high enough to fully remove the tire. Set up a jack stand under the frame of the car on the side you will be working on, but not too near to the bottom of the Front shock, since you need this area clear. Never rely on a floor jack to carry the load of the car when you will be under it.

Put on your safety glasses to avoid any debris from getting into your eyes while under the car looking up. Set up lighting under the car and then loosen the Town Car shocks. They should loosen up easily with your 9/16 socket or hand wrench. Once they are completely out, remove the shock from the bottom of the car. To install the new shock, slide a metal cup down the shock rod, bowl side facing upwards, and follow it with a rubber bushing, making sure that the metal cup embraces the rubber bushing within it’s bowl shape. Now feed the shock up from the bottom of the car and hold the bottom of the shock upward onto the mounting surface as you tighten the 2 bolts. Going back under the hood, slide the second rubber bushing and metal cup to follow, over the shock rod, making sure the rubber bushing is sitting flush on top of the mounting tower with the metal cup embracing the bushing, and then tighten down the nut until the shock rod begins to turn with the nut.

Perfect pitch, also called “absolute pitch,” is the ability to accurately identify a tone without relying on a reference. In other words, when someone hears a single note from a piano and knows right away that it’s an F, that person has perfect pitch. That in itself sounds handy enough, but just what are the pros of perfect pitch for musicians?

Having perfect pitch will allow you to identify not just single notes, but multiple simultaneous notes as well. Thus, musicians with perfect pitch know immediately what chords they’re hearing.

If you have perfect pitch, you can even identify the key of a given piece of music. If you develope perfect pitch, you can hear notes in your mind as you read them on the sheet, which is particularly helpful to singers. Also, singers with perfect pitch have the ability to reproduce pitches accurately without a reference pitch, which allows them to handle unaccompanied passages as well as uncommon or “out” notes.

Ear Training in Perfect Pitch and Relative Pitch may not be a guarantee of musical talent, but it certainly takes care of a lot of the legwork involved, the tasks associated with listening and allowing musicians to focus on making music. For those who have it, it’s essential.

If you are serious about learning music and enhancing your muscianship skills, be sure to train your ears. Check out the Perfect Pitch SuperCourse Review & Pure Pitch Method Review here.
